However, we recognize that there may be situations where you need to cancel your subscription or services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancelling services.

1. Cancellation of Subscription Services

• Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings on the Tyre Pressure Platform.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to the services provided under the subscription.
• No Refunds: Cancelling a subscription will not result in any refund of fees already paid for the current billing period, except as specified in our Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation of One-Time Services

• One-Time Services: If you have purchased a one-time service, you may cancel the service before it has been delivered. Once the service has been delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel a one-time service, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. If the service has not yet been initiated, we will cancel your order and provide a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Notice of Cancellation: In such cases, we will provide notice to you via email or through the Platform. Depending on the nature of the violation, you may not be entitled to any refund.

5. Consequences of Cancellation

• Access to Services: Upon cancellation, your access to the Platform and related services will be terminated at the end of the current billing period (for subscriptions) or immediately (for one-time services).
• Data Retention: Any data you have stored on the Platform may be deleted upon cancellation, and we recommend that you back up any important information before proceeding with cancellation.

6. Reactivation After Cancellation

• Subscription Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so by logging into your account and following the reactivation instructions. Your account will be subject to the terms and pricing in effect at the time of reactivation.
